✅ Tip 1: Choose Smarter Drinks

Not all alcohol affects your body the same way.
Some drinks are lighter on calories and sugar — the key is choosing wisely.

💡 Best Choices

  • Highball (whisky + soda) — zero sugar and refreshing
  • Red wine — polyphenols help metabolism
  • Shochu (Japanese distilled spirit) — sugar-free

🚫 Avoid These

  • Beer (high in carbs)
  • Sweet cocktails (loaded with syrup)
  • Sake (double hit: calories + sugar)
