✅ 3-Minute Autonomic Nervous System Reset (Morning Routine)

① Chest-opening stretch (30 sec)

Interlock your hands behind you, open your chest, and breathe deeply.
→ Resets rounded posture and deepens breathing.

💡 Tip: Don’t over-arch your back—focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together.

② Light squats × 10 reps

Activates lower-body muscles and improves blood circulation.
→ Turns on your metabolism & prevents coldness and swelling.

💡 Tip: Keep breathing and move with a steady rhythm.

③ Standing forward fold (30 sec)

Relax your neck, back, and hamstrings by letting your body hang.
→ Calms the nervous system and shifts you into a relaxed state.

💡 Tip: Don’t worry about touching the floor—just release all tension.

④ Deep breathing × 5 cycles (Finisher)

Inhale slowly through your nose, exhale long through your mouth.
→ Brings your mind and body back to “here and now.”

❌ Grabbing your phone first thing in the morning
❌ Drinking coffee on an empty stomach (causes excess stomach acid & fatigue)

👉 Instead: 1 cup of warm water + 3-minute stretch + morning sunlight = balanced nervous system 🌤
