“Goodbye Stiff Shoulders!” Desk-Friendly Shoulder & Neck Stretch for Men

Today, we’ll share quick, effective stretches you can do right at your desk!


✅ Causes of Shoulder & Neck Stiffness

✔️ Staying in the same posture for long periods
✔️ Slouching or leaning forward
✔️ Reduced blood flow from lack of exercise
✔️ Muscle tension caused by stress


🧘‍♂️ 3 Desk-Friendly Shoulder & Neck Stretches

✅ 1. Side Neck Stretch

  • Sit up straight in your chair
  • Place your right hand on your head and gently tilt toward your right shoulder
  • Hold for 20 seconds each side
    ▶ Relieves tension in the neck muscles and makes your head feel lighter!

✅ 2. Shoulder Shrug & Relax

  • Lift your shoulders toward your ears as high as possible
  • Hold for 3 seconds, then drop them down in one smooth motion
  • Repeat 10 times
    ▶ Boosts blood circulation and resets shoulder muscles

✅ 3. Shoulder Blade Rotations

  • Place your hands on your shoulders
  • Make large forward and backward circles, 10 times each
    ▶ Improves shoulder blade mobility & helps prevent slouching
